Our story
Outsource Center 254 started with a simple frustration: Nairobi households and businesses were spending weeks trying to find staff they could trust, often relying on word-of-mouth referrals with no real way to verify who was actually being recommended. A bad hire wasn't just an inconvenience — it was a security risk, a compliance headache, or a family left without childcare on short notice.
We set out to fix that by building a vetting process first and a placement business second. Every candidate who joins our pool passes identity verification, reference checks and a skills assessment before they're ever shown to a client, which means the shortlist you receive has already cleared the hard part.
Today we place staff across eight categories — from domestic help and security to corporate support and hospitality crews — for households, offices, hotels and institutions throughout Nairobi and its surrounding counties, with the same standard applied to every single placement.
