Bestcare Outsourcing EA
Every growing business eventually hits the same wall: the work is expanding faster than the team can handle it, but hiring, training, and managing new full-time staff for every function isn't always practical. Bestcare Outsourcing EA exists to solve exactly that problem. Based in Westlands, Nairobi, we connect businesses across Kenya with vetted, reliable outsourced professionals across a wide range of technical, administrative, and specialist services — so companies can scale their capacity without scaling their overhead.
Who We Are
Bestcare Outsourcing EA is part of the wider Bestcare group, a Nairobi-based network of service businesses with years of combined experience in facilities management, manpower staffing, appliance repair, and cleaning services across Kenya. That background gives us a practical understanding of what it actually takes to place dependable people into real businesses — not just matching a CV to a job description, but making sure the person shows up, does the work, and fits into how a Kenyan workplace actually operates.
Our outsourcing arm was built to extend that same reliability into higher-skill, project-based, and specialist roles that businesses need but don't always want to manage in-house.
What We Outsource
We work across a broad spread of service categories, including:
Architectural and design services — outsourced architects for residential and commercial projects
Security services — trained security personnel and consultative security planning for offices, estates, and commercial premises
IT and technical support — help desk staff, network administrators, systems administrators, and short-term IT cover
Facilities and technical maintenance — drawing on the wider Bestcare network for electrical, plumbing, and general facility upkeep
Manpower and staffing — general and sector-specific staffing solutions for businesses that need flexible headcount
This range means a single point of contact can cover needs that would otherwise mean juggling several different vendors.
How Our Process Works
Outsourcing with us follows a straightforward path. We start by understanding the scope of the role or project — whether it's a one-off placement, ongoing support, or a full outsourced team. From there, we draw on our existing pool of screened candidates, or source and vet new ones where a specialist skill set is required. Once matched, staff are placed under clear contractual terms, with Bestcare Outsourcing EA handling the administrative side so the client business can focus on managing the actual work.
This model is particularly useful for businesses in busy commercial hubs like Westlands, Upper Hill, the CBD, and Industrial Area, where finding and retaining specialist talent independently can be slow and costly.
